Premium subscriptions for Donish are sold through Lemon Squeezy. This policy describes how refunds work.

Free tier

The free plan does not involve charges and is not subject to refunds.

You may cancel future renewals anytime via your Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
If you believe you were charged in error or experience a technical issue preventing use of Premium features, contact us within 14 days at support@donish.live.
Refunds are issued at our discretion for duplicate charges or verified service failures.

Email support@donish.live with your account Telegram ID, purchase date, and reason. We will coordinate with Lemon Squeezy when applicable.
